Could iFixit have done the teardown and released it the day the embargo was dropped? Also the fanboys but Apple has not got a leg to stand on. Fixing them would require a substantial rewrite to a bunch of iOS 4-era code. What a shocker, about as shocking as the level of which you Apple fanbois are defending them.
