You put your desire to be the first to post a tear down of the Apple TV ahead of doing the right thing. Fixit not only failed to fulfill its contractual obligation, but did so willfully. Could iFixit have done the teardown and released it the day the embargo was dropped? Also the fanboys but Apple has not got a leg to stand on. Fixing them would require a substantial rewrite to a bunch of iOS 4-era code. What a shocker, about as shocking as the level of which you Apple fanbois are defending them. What are you going to do to repair that?
